Shipping Policy

At Direkt Hardware, we know timely delivery is important for our trade customers. That’s why we aim to dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Dispatch Times

  • Same-Day Dispatch:
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday – Friday) are typically shipped the same day.

  • Orders After 2:00 PM:
    Will be dispatched the following working day.

  • Large Orders / Pallets:
    For bulk or pallet orders, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch to ensure safe and secure handling.

Delivery Methods

We use reliable national couriers and pallet networks to ensure fast and secure delivery of your goods. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery:
    Usually arrives within 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on order size and location.

  • Pallet Delivery:
    May take 2–4 working days depending on courier schedules and offloading access.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship across the UK mainland. If you require delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore locations, please contact us prior to ordering.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue quickly.
