Returns & Refund Policy

At Direkt Hardware, we take pride in supplying high-quality hardware to trade professionals. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes customers may order items in error or no longer require them. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind:

  • Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Store credit only will be issued β€” no refunds will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Used or damaged goods

  • Items not returned in original packaging


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at enquiries@direkthardware.co.uk or use our returns page.

  2. Wait for return authorisation and instructions.

  3. Send the item back in appropriate packaging.

  4. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued (minus any restocking fees, if applicable).


Note: Unauthorised returns may be refused.
